Delete your Autonoma account and data

You can delete your Autonoma account and all associated data at any time. There are two paths, depending on whether the Shopify app is still installed on your store.

1. If you have the Shopify app installed

Uninstall Autonoma from your Shopify admin:

• Open your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels.
• Find Autonoma and click Uninstall.

Uninstalling immediately fires Shopify's data-removal webhook, which triggers cleanup of Autonoma-derived data for your store. All of your data is deleted within 30 days, in line with Shopify's app removal policy. Your subscription ends automatically — no separate cancellation needed.

2. If you have the mobile app but not the Shopify app anymore

If you've already uninstalled the Shopify app (or no longer have access to the store) and want to make sure everything tied to your mobile pairing is removed, email us at autonoma@ontechnologiesptyltd.com (autonoma@ontechnologiesptyltd.com) with:

• The shop domain(s) you used with Autonoma (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com).
• Confirmation of your identity — send the email from the address associated with the store, or include information that lets us verify ownership.

We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

3. What we delete

• Shopify access tokens and Meta access tokens
• All generated content: products, pages, websites, images, videos, advertorials
• Ads and ad campaign data stored in Autonoma
• Split tests, variants and results
• Analytics and usage data tied to your store
• Mobile device pairings and push notification tokens
• AI chat history
• Notification history
• Uploaded files (your own images, videos and reference material)

4. What we keep

• Anonymized, aggregated data used to improve our models and product — this contains nothing that identifies you or your store. If you object to this use, say so in your deletion email and we will exclude your data.
• Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law.
